By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

FlyMeOut.com.ng provides the following services:

Ticketing: Booking and sale of domestic and international flight tickets.

Study Abroad: Assistance with securing admissions into universities abroad, visa application guidance, and student relocation support.

Tourist & Visitor Packages: Planning and facilitation of travel experiences for leisure and short-term visits, including visa processing and accommodation arrangements.

Bookings must be confirmed with full payment or a deposit as communicated during service engagement.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other options made available on our website.

All prices are subject to change based on foreign exchange rates, supplier pricing, and other market factors.

Once a ticket is issued, airline cancellation and change policies apply.

FlyMeOut will act as a facilitator in line with airline rules.

Service charges on ticket bookings are non-refundable.

Clients must confirm travel dates and passport details accurately.

We are not responsible for errors once tickets are booked.

Admission processing timelines and outcomes depend on each institution’s policies and deadlines.

We do not guarantee visa approvals.

We provide professional guidance based on experience, but decisions rest with the respective embassies.

Service fees for admission support and consultancy are non-refundable once the application process has begun.

All packages are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

Travelers must meet all visa and immigration requirements of the destination country.

FlyMeOut offers visa assistance but does not guarantee visa issuance.

Any changes in travel itinerary due to immigration refusal or other personal reasons are the responsibility of the client.

Client-Initiated Cancellations:

Must be requested in writing via email to info@flymeout.com.ng.

Refunds, where applicable, are subject to third-party (airlines, schools, embassies) policies and administrative charges.


FlyMeOut-Initiated Cancellations:

We may cancel or reschedule services due to force majeure, safety concerns, or non-payment.

A refund (partial or full) may be issued depending on the situation.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their travel documents (passport, ID, visa, etc.) are valid and meet destination requirements.

FlyMeOut will not be held liable for denied boarding, visa refusal, or deportation resulting from incorrect or incomplete documentation.

We strongly recommend travel insurance for protection against unforeseen events such as medical emergencies, lost baggage, or trip cancellations.

FlyMeOut is not liable for any costs not covered by travel insurance.

FlyMeOut acts as an agent for airlines, schools, embassies, hotels, and other third-party providers.

We are not responsible for any losses, delays, cancellations, or damages caused by third parties or external circumstances.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid directly to us for services rendered.

Clients are expected to act respectfully toward FlyMeOut staff and third-party partners.

Any verbal abuse, fraudulent behavior, or threats may result in service termination without refund.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved by Nigerian courts of competent jurisdiction.

By using FlyMeOut.com.ng services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
